Itinerary
After meeting your guide, begin your scenic drive west through Uganda's beautiful countryside towards Kibale National Park, a journey of approximately 5–6 hours. Along the way, you'll pass rolling hills, tea plantations, traditional villages, and lush tropical landscapes.
Arrive at your luxury forest lodge, nestled on the edge of Kibale Forest. Surrounded by towering indigenous trees, the lodge offers an authentic wilderness experience while providing every modern comfort. Relax on your private balcony, enjoy the sounds of the forest, and soak in the tranquil atmosphere before dinner.

Following an early breakfast, you'll head to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning one of Uganda's most unforgettable wildlife experiences—chimpanzee trekking.
Kibale National Park is renowned as Africa's primate capital and is home to over 1,500 chimpanzees. Guided by experienced park rangers, you'll venture deep into the rainforest in search of habituated chimpanzee families. Watching these intelligent primates interact in their natural habitat is a truly remarkable experience.
The forest is also home to 12 other primate species, forest elephants, butterflies, and more than 370 bird species, making every step through the rainforest exciting.
After spending quality time with the chimpanzees, return to the lodge for lunch and enjoy a relaxing afternoon surrounded by nature.

Today is the highlight of your Ugandan safari.
After an early breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing before setting off with experienced trackers into the dense rainforest.
The trek may take between 2 and 8 hours depending on the gorillas' location. Once located, you'll spend one unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants as they feed, play, groom, and interact within their family group.

After the trek, return to the lodge to celebrate your achievement and spend the evening relaxing in the heart of the forest.
