Guided by experienced park rangers, you'll venture deep into the rainforest in search of habituated chimpanzee families. The forest is also home to 12 other primate species, forest elephants, butterflies, and more than 370 bird species, making every step through the rainforest exciting.

Today is the highlight of your Ugandan safari.

After an early breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing before setting off with experienced trackers into the dense rainforest.

The trek may take between 2 and 8 hours depending on the gorillas' location. Once located, you'll spend one unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants as they feed, play, groom, and interact within their family group.

This extraordinary wildlife encounter is widely regarded as one of the greatest experiences on Earth.

After the trek, return to the lodge to celebrate your achievement and spend the evening relaxing in the heart of the forest.
